We book sales meetings for cybersecurity companies.
UpStride builds and runs cold email campaigns only for B2B cybersecurity companies: a verified lead list built for your ICP, sending infrastructure that you own, and qualified meetings booked on your calendar. You show up and close.
No outcome promises. Process commitments, in writing.
You close. We run everything else.
Four parts, one process, and a founder you can reach directly.
We define your buyer
One working session: who you sell to, what a qualified meeting means, and who we never contact.
We build the list
Every contact is matched to that target, and every email is verified before a single message goes out.
We run the sending
Dedicated domains and mailboxes, placement tested. Sequences written around what you sell, and you approve them first.
Meetings land on your calendar
We sort the replies, flag the interested ones fast, and book the meetings. You get weekly numbers.
Every Monday, a reason to email this week.
Outreach lands better when it follows what is happening in your market. Each Monday you get the last seven days of events your buyers care about, each with a source, a date and a suggested opener.
What we watch
How we keep it honest
Nothing older than seven days. Every item links to a primary or reputable source. A ransomware leak-site listing stays a claim until it is confirmed. Anything we cannot verify is dropped, so the number of items changes from week to week.
Included on the Scale plan.
- Event
- What happened, in one plain sentence
- Date
- When it was disclosed or announced
- Source
- A link to the primary or reputable source
- Scale
- How big it is, and whether that number is a confirmed figure or a floor
- Unconfirmed
- What is still unverified, stated plainly
- Opener
- A suggested line you can use in an email
- Fit
- When an item is about a company, whether it fits your target list
See one built for your market.
Tell us what you sell and who you sell to, and we will send a sample trigger report for your market: real items from the last seven days, each with a date, a source and a suggested opener.
Each sample is built by hand, so we take a limited number each week. You will hear back within two business days.
Week by week, nothing hidden.
Every engagement is 12 weeks to start. Here is what happens, and when.
Setup
Buyer session, dedicated domains and pre-warmed mailboxes, DNS, a placement test, your list built and verified, and copy approved by you. First emails go out by the end of week 2. See the setup, step by step ↓
Active sending
Replies sorted and forwarded fast, meetings booked, weekly numbers every week. First meetings usually land in weeks 5 to 9.
Checkpoint
If zero qualified meetings have been booked and attended by the end of week 6, you can leave. No further fees owed.
Your call
Continue in 4-week cycles with 30 days' notice, or renew for another 12 weeks.
Your first two weeks, step by step.
This is exactly what happens between signing and the first email, so nothing is a surprise.
Kickoff session
One working session on your buyer: who you sell to, the job titles to reach, who we never contact, and what a qualified meeting means for you. We write it down and you confirm it.
Domains and mailboxes
We register dedicated sending domains and order pre-warmed mailboxes in your name. They are yours, so your main domain never sends a cold email.
Technical setup
DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), the sending platform connected, and the compliance basics on every email: a postal address and a simple way to opt out.
Placement test and your list
Every mailbox is tested before it sends anything. Your list is built from your buyer definition and every email is verified, with a small number of contacts per company.
Copy you approve
We write your email sequences around what you sell and run them through spam checks. You approve them, and nothing sends without your approval.
Launch
First emails go out at a low daily volume per mailbox, then ramp up. Replies are sorted and forwarded fast, and your weekly numbers start. On the Scale plan, your first Monday trigger report arrives.

Start with the first 10.
Tell us who you sell to and we will build the first 10 verified contacts for your company, within 24 hours. They are yours to keep.
The first step of outbound is the list. This is how you see how we work before anything else.
Built by someone who does this himself.
UpStride was started by Mohammed Aljamal. He designed the process every campaign follows: how the list is built and verified, how the sending is set up, how the copy is tested and how replies are handled. He reviews the work and stays your point of contact, from the first call to the last report.

How long until I see meetings?
Setup takes about two weeks and sending starts by the end of week 2. First meetings usually land in weeks 5 to 9.
What is the weekly trigger report?
Every Monday, the last seven days of events in your market: exploited vulnerabilities, confirmed breaches, supply chain compromises, funding rounds, leadership moves. Each item has a date, a source link, what is still unconfirmed, and a suggested opener. It is included on the Scale plan.
Can I see a sample trigger report first?
Yes. Tell us what you sell and to whom, and we will send a sample built for your market within two business days. We take a limited number each week.
What counts as a qualified meeting?
Someone who matches the target you gave us, and who shows up. You have two business days to dispute any meeting.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We commit to the process in writing: sending live by week 2, every email verified, replies handled, weekly numbers, and a checkpoint at week 6.
How long is the agreement?
12 weeks to start, then it continues in 4-week cycles with 30 days' notice, or you can renew for another 12 weeks.
What does it cost?
A monthly fee, flat or with a per-meeting fee depending on the plan, plus a one-time setup fee. We share exact numbers on a call, once we understand your market.
Who owns the domains and mailboxes?
You do. We set them up in your name and hand over access when we finish.
What do you need from me?
Your target buyer, approval of the copy within two business days, and someone on your team to run the meetings.
